From the airport:
When you leave the airpot take a left and drive towards Oranjestad. Keep going straight and keep the ocean to your left.
When you exit Oranjestad you will pass a Valero gas station at your left. You will keep going straight until you see ´Promenade Restaurant´ on your right. At the traffice lights, you take a right (these are the first traffic lights you will encounter after the ones at the airport).
You will go straight until the stop sign where you will take a left. Then you will take the first left, you will see a traditional Arubian builiding in yellow.
The JobCare office is above the ´Arend Furniture´ store. Enter the building on the stairs at the left side of the building.
